Dal (dhal, daal, dhal) is a famous traditional Indian dish that delights with its distinctive taste, thick and creamy consistency. It is loved by many for its endless variety. At LYOFOOD, we went over red lentils, slowly simmered in a creamy coconut-tomato sauce and served with gluten-free oats. We topped it with crispy green lentils to give it an extra crunchy texture. Meals are freeze-cooked and seasoned before drying.
