SQUIDS 5711 Ergodyne case for bucket wagon with lockable hooks

With multiple grommets and 3 straps, it can be securely hung on bucket hooks or attached to railings - maximising space in compact work areas by keeping equipment off the floor and out of the way. Unlike the errand tool boards, this board is designed with easily accessible drop tested D-rings to securely hold tools to prevent dangerous dropped objects.

This durable aviation tool apron is made of waterproof canvas and also has a removable roll-up rain cover to keep tools dry and protected in harsh conditions. The padded nylon handle allows easy transport to and from the workplace.

Locking hook for buckets
The ANSI-rated bucket antenna locking hook features a self-locking hook, internal hook, and enclosed clamping point to save space and prevent objects from falling when working in tight buckets. Simply attach to the edge of the shovel to securely anchor buckets, bags, aprons and tool cords. The self-locking outer hook with thumb release is designed for ease of use while providing maximum security for storing and tying down tools. The self-locking gate automatically locks when loaded with a bucket, bag or other load, preventing unwanted opening. When pulled to unlock, the gate releases and pushes the gear towards the opening for easy removal. The large tabs allow easy one-handed use, while the bright orange colour allows workers to easily identify whether the gate is locked or not.

Additional fixing point
In addition to the primary locking hook, this shovel aerial tool features a closed clamping point at the bottom for additional tool attachment. It also features an internal hook with an open end for hanging aprons, tool boards or other equipment to keep them up and off the bucket floor.

Pockets
This tool plate has 8 different pocket sizes, including 1 pocket with 6 keyholes, 1 pocket with magnetic closure for small hardware, and 1 pocket with 3 screwdriver slots (designed for compatibility with Squids 3740 cases). Additional pockets can be used for small hand tools and other equipment. For even more storage and organisation of tools, it also includes 1 hammer case, 1 drill case and 2 long side cases for bits and sockets.

Fixing
the 8 large grommets provide workers with versatile options for securely anchoring the board to the bucket hooks as well as attaching the tool rope. 8 drop-tested D-rings, strategically placed near the pockets, allow for easy tie-down and storage without the need to clip and un-clip tools.

Tested to be trustworthy
Rigorously tested and compliant with ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 and third-party certified. The board is compatible with 22.6 kg static hold (total weight), 3.6 kg (grommets) and 1.4 kg (d-rings) with a 2:1 safety factor to prevent objects from falling. The maximum strap length is 1.2 m. The bucket hook complies with 18.14 kg static hold with a 5:1 safety factor and 3.2 kg dynamic fall with a multi-fall safety factor to prevent objects from falling.
