SQUIDS 3740 Ergodyne sliding attachment for hand tools
Code: 17853Product detailed description
SQUIDS 3740 Ergodyne slip-on attachment for hand tools
Direct installation
The slip-on design requires a simple installation that lives up to its name. Simply "slide" the attachment onto the tool and attach the rope to the Squids tool to complete the tying system. Unlike competitors that offer a fitted cap that can obscure information (such as on the end of a screwdriver), these solutions leave the end open. The one-piece design is easier to install compared to competitors that require two to three pieces per tool.
Simply puncture the inner membrane of the tool case and slide the attachment to the desired location. The star points on the inside of the attachment keep their place and the swivel outer ring provides a connection point for the tool ropes.
Four sizes of Slips are compatible with tool diameters from 1.3 mm to 12.5 mm. See the size chart for specific ranges by size.
Tested to be trustworthy
These tool attachments are designed to withstand defined weight limits and can be easily used by any worker to prevent accidental dropping of objects that could cause damage, injury or possibly death. These attachments are third party certified to a maximum capacity of 0.45 kg based on their diameter and meet ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 with all required labels.
Ideal for tool tying in construction, telecommunications, oil and gas, power generation, utilities, wind energy, manufacturing or other workplaces where dropped objects are a hazard.
