SQUIDS 3703 Ergodyne elastic tool attachment
Designed for versatile and secure attachment to tools, this anchor attachment has an extendable end with a nylon loop plus an adjustable barrel lock on one end and a plated D-ring on the other. Once the looped end of the tail is attached to the tool or anchor point, the D-ring acts as a hole for attaching the tool cable.
For best use, reinforce the looped end of the tool tail with Squids or Cold Shrink Tool Trap self-adhesive tape. Available in two sizes: standard and extended. When working at heights, it is essential to strap your tools down. Fall protection fasteners and straps are pieces of safety equipment designed to securely attach one end to a fixed anchor point and the other end to the appropriate attachment point on the tool by proper tie-down.
These tool attachments are designed to withstand defined weight limits and can be easily used by any worker to prevent accidental dropping of objects that could cause damage, injury or possibly death. These attachments are third party certified to a maximum capacity of 6.8 kg and meet ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 with all required labels.
