Retractable fall arrester in aluminium housing with steel cable, fixed anchor eye and swivel carabiner equipped with a "rescue/recovery" mechanism that allows lifting and lowering.

After an arrested fall, or if the user is unable to get out of the bottom of the shaft, etc., the recovery mechanism can be easily operated by another person to lift or lower the injured person to a safe place.
