MAESTRO S is a self-locking lowering and retrieval device designed for technical rescue operations. It facilitates the handling of heavy loads when lowering or retrieving and can be used in both primary and securing systems. This versatility of use allows rescuers to adapt to any situation they may encounter during a rescue. The ergonomic handle and integrated brake allow comfortable controlled lowering of the load. The transition from start-up to pull-out mode is instantaneous, without the need to shift the load. The integrated pulley rotates in one direction and locks in the opposite direction. The large diameter disc mounted on encapsulated ball bearings ensures excellent extraction efficiency. The AUTO-LOCK system automatically locks the rope when the handle is not in use. After locking, the rope can be lifted up without manipulating the handle. MAESTRO S is compatible with ropes with a diameter of 10.5 to 11.5 mm and allows handling loads up to 250 kg.
