The ABSORBICA-I VARIO is an adjustable, simple fall arresting device with a fall damper, without carabiners, designed for advancing along a horizontal securing line (textile or steel rope) or on an elevated platform without passing between intermediate anchor points. Works with users weighing between 50 and 140 kg. It is equipped with the VARIO adjustment system, which allows you to adjust the length of the rope to reduce the length of a possible fall. Depending on the couplings used, ABSORBICA-I VARIO is certified according to American, European and Russian standards.

• For advancing under a horizontal securing line (textile or steel rope) or on an elevated platform without continuous anchor points.
• The VARIO adjustment system allows you to adjust the loop length from 100 to 150 cm to reduce the length of a potential fall.

Absorbs impact energy in the event of a fall:

• Gradual removal of the sewn shock absorber straps reduces the impact force on the user
• Works with users who weigh between 50 and 140 kg (1)
• Progressive ripping reduces slowdown for light users

Minimum volume:

• Compact shock absorber for easy handling
• Durable fabric sleeve with opening system at each end, protects the silencer from abrasion or dirt while allowing regular inspection

Two options for installation on the harness depending on the application:

• Frequent connection/disconnection: coupling maintained in the correct position by the STRING protector (included in the loop)
• Permanent detachable connection: detachable RING OPEN ring whose circular shape allows optimal positioning
• Two options for end-of-loop couplings: automatic locking coupling or MGO OPEN automatic coupling with large latch clearance
