The natural preparation for the mixed drink is a functional solution for accelerating recovery after exercise and also acts as a prevention against muscle cramps. Recovery Formula helps to maintain muscle mass and provides the body with optimal protein levels to support muscle recovery. Plus, it contains a blend of natural short and long chain carbohydrates to boost energy levels after exercise. The preparation is based exclusively on a plant base.

Carbohydrate drinks with electrolytes help to maintain performance during endurance exercise and increase water absorption during physical exercise. They contain naturally occurring sugars. The pack size is designed to make 14 drinks.

FORMULA is a sports hydration system co-developed with Chloe Lanthier - an elite mountain athlete and sports medicine consultant with a degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master's degree in Biomechanics and Human Performance Science. Sports hydration is strongly associated with very special products full of additives, preservatives, sweeteners, colours and flavours. None of the above can be found in FORMULA. Not only is it 100% natural, but also most of its ingredients are certified organic. We have studied the issue of hydration in endurance sports many times in detail and have finally come up with a solution. The LYOFOOD FORMULA consists of 3 drinks that help maintain energy stores, improve fluid intake and reduce the risk of injury during exhaustion.

• Serving: 1 serving = 3 teaspoons (14g) for 500ml.
• For optimal results we recommend: Drink half a serving with 250 ml of water within 10 minutes after each workout. After a more intense workout, drink half within 10 minutes and the other half within 30 minutes.
