The natural preparation for the mixed drink is a functional solution for energy supply during physical exercise, which also acts as a prevention against dehydration and muscle cramps. The preparation is based exclusively on a plant base. Performance Formula provides the body with medium to low glycemic carbohydrates, promotes oxygen transfer and improves fluid intake during activity. It also provides the immediate energy needed for high-intensity exercise.

Carbohydrate drinks with electrolytes help to maintain performance during endurance exercise and increase water absorption during physical exercise. They contain naturally occurring sugars. The pack size is designed to make 14 drinks.

FORMULA is a sports hydration system co-developed with Chloe Lanthier - an elite mountain athlete and sports medicine consultant with a degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master's degree in Biomechanics and Human Performance Science. Sports hydration is strongly associated with very special products full of additives, preservatives, sweeteners, colours and flavours. None of the above can be found in FORMULA. Not only is it 100% natural, but also most of its ingredients are certified organic. We have studied the issue of hydration in endurance sports many times in detail and have finally come up with a solution. The LYOFOOD FORMULA consists of 3 drinks that help maintain energy stores, improve fluid intake and reduce the risk of injury during exhaustion.

There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives in Performance Formula. The product is made from 100% natural ingredients. The shelf life is 2 years.

Serving: 1 serving = 3 teaspoons (18g).
For optimal results we recommend: Drink half a serving with 250 ml of water during 60-90 minutes of training. Drink min. 1 serving (18 g) with 500 ml of water during 90-120 minutes of training / add more water if needed.
