Farfalle, farfalloni, farfalline... they all mean the same thing - butterflies, smaller or bigger! This beloved type of pasta is popular for its delicate surface and cheerful shape that combines a thick centre with thinner wings. It is said that the variety of textures makes farfalle particularly suitable for cream sauces and we couldn't agree more. We presented them in a quite classic Italian accompaniment with spinach and Gorgonzola cheese, additionally decorated with almond flakes. It seems we've cooked it right, because LYO Farfalle has been captivating the palates of adventure-hungry outdoor enthusiasts since day one.
Meals are freeze-cooked and seasoned before drying.
There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. The shelf life is about 4 years.
