Mash & Cheese is the perfect combination of mashed potatoes with a selection of the finest cheeses combined with mushrooms marinated in homemade Worcestershire sauce. The author of the recipe is the world famous climber Mathieu Maynadier.

Meals are freeze-cooked and seasoned before drying.
