To the hundreds of variations that have been created over the centuries, we decided to add another: a freeze-dried risotto made with barley and green lentils combined with red peppers, leeks and pumpkin seeds, all in a creamy avocado mousse. A true vegan treat for outdoor adventure enthusiasts who like to enjoy a delicious hot meal along the way.
Meals are freeze-cooked and seasoned before drying.
There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. Expiry time is about 4 years
