This vegan, gluten-free nettle dish was invented by one of the world's most famous climbers (Sean Villanueva) and will please all tastes. Smooth coconut milk, scented with lime juice and mild chilli, coriander, lemongrass and Sean's favourite nettle make a delicate sauce that will linger in the memory for a long time. All of this is packed with large pieces of vegetables and rice. Healthy, filling, balanced food with natural ingredients. Take it with you when you go on your next adventure!
