We experimented a lot and kept re-cooking and tweaking to discover the necessary distinctive flavour of the perfect tomato soup. A little secret is to roast the red peppers and tomatoes together just before cooking. We won't give away the big secret, but the soup's creamy texture combined with a handful of white rice will satisfy any hungry enthusiast of this beloved dish.
Meals are freeze-cooked and seasoned before drying.
There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. The shelf life is about 4 years.
