Pulses are an essential part of South Asian cuisine. Mung dal, also known as golden beans, serves as a protein-rich base for a variety of dishes, including salads, casseroles and even sweets. The beans are dipped in a thick tomato-coconut sauce with fragrant herbs: coriander and curry leaves, cumin and turmeric. Seasoned with a clove of garlic and a pinch of Jaggery cane sugar.
Meals are freeze-cooked and seasoned before drying.
There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. All ingredients are from organic farms.
