At altitudes above 7000m before the summit, on the open ocean and deep in the wildest jungles... Our freeze-dried Bigos travels all over the world and every year delights the palates of more and more adventurers. It may not be the most obvious choice, and the idea of combining sauerkraut with pork, chicken, mushrooms and prunes may seem a bit odd to those unfamiliar with traditional Polish cuisine. We promise, however, that the taste will make up for any doubts and you will soon not have enough of this perfect dish. It tastes even better with a slice of good bread!
Meals are freeze-cooked and seasoned before drying.
There are no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. The shelf life is about 4 years.
