The Ares Air is the latest helmet from CAMP, designed for working at height. Its features and specifications are specially developed for professionals. The robust shell is made of a mixture of ABS plastic and polycarbonate. The wide ventilation openings on the sides can be easily closed with a sliding closure system. The energy absorbing inner shell is made of high density EPS foam. The adjustable strap system can be very easily adapted to the shape of the head. The vertical position of the internal clamping system can be adjusted both at the front and at the rear.The Ares Air helmet uses a pull-down wheel for quick and easy adjustment that is easily operated with one hand. To reduce the interior of the helmet, a set of additional internal liners are available and included in the package. The CAMP Ares Air work helmet comes standard with sweat-absorbing padding. Full strap with buckle (> 50 kg) prevents accidental release or loosening due to impact. The helmet is equipped with attachment points for attaching protective headphones, shield and flashlight. In the construction industry, metal is not used for the manufacture of hard hats to avoid corrosion or conductivity problems. The helmet is available in several colours and one universal size. The EN 12492 certification also includes requirements for use at very low temperatures (-20°C) and the EN 397 certification includes requirements for energy absorption and foreign body penetration resistance.
