GloWear 8231TVK Ergodyne safety vest kit

This safety vest is designed for tethering tools up to 0.9 kg and is dual certified for compliance with ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 and ANSI/ISEA 107-2015. Unlike other hi-vis vests that are worn under fall protection harnesses, this inspector's vest is designed to be worn over the top of the system. This allows maximum visibility of reflective and hi-vis materials, plus easy access to more than 20 attachment points. Wearing the vest over the fall protection also increases the life of the vest by minimizing abrasion from the harness. The kit includes the 8231TV safety vest and three ropes for attaching tools to the vest.

Pockets and accessories
This high visibility vest has five pockets for convenient storage and efficient tool attachment. The two lower outer pockets are designed for storing tools when using clamping points, with a split right pocket for better organisation of smaller tools. The two retractable pockets are designed to fit almost any drawstring Ergodyne. Strategically positioned side grooves for D-rings have snap caps and slots to reduce bunching by using D-rings to position drop harnesses. This reflective vest also has one internal double-layered pen pocket and front and rear microphone loops that function as ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 certified attachment points (rear loops designed for helmet attachment).

This durable ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Class 2 safety vest is made of a durable backing material with reinforced webbing ties. Zipper closure allows easy donning and doffing through the safety harness. The vest should be washed according to standard hi-vis washing instructions.

The 8231TVK attachment kit includes the 8231TV safety vest and three compatible tool ropes:

• Squids 3156 coil rope with single carabiner for tying helmet or small tools (0,9 kg)
• Squids 3166 spool rope with two carabiners for tying small tools (0,9 kg)
• retractable tool lanyard Squids 3003: For holding small tools (0.9 kg), fits in the "retractable" pocket - carabiner hangs through the cut-out, the pouch remains hidden
