GLEISTEIN 8,2t Gemini S 10/28, 50 metres
The rope is made of black polyester and is partially UV-resistant (the loss of strength of the rope due to UV radiation is about 7 % per annum). Its construction allows very fast "braiding". It is connected by double "piercing" and inserting the free end of the rope into the cavity of the other part of the rope in a length of 30 - 35 cm. The penetrated joint has the strength of the rope itself.
The part of the rope that runs around the trunk is better inserted into the hollow protectors to eliminate rope damage to the tree trunk and at the same time damage to the bark of the tree by the rope itself.
