Ultra Lightweight, Clean Oval Carabiners DMM Ultra O's are a mainstay of our carabiner market, and for good reason. Not only do they provide a high strength-to-weight ratio and feel great in the hand, they also help keep the system components aligned. The deep symmetrical basket allows pulleys, straps, ropes and even other carabiners to fit naturally in the middle of the oval basket, yet still allow components to be easily stacked on either side. Any weight transfer then takes place without any of the unnerving jumps associated with offset and D-shaped carabiners.
