The CAMP GT Sit is a step forward in innovation to increase comfort when working at heights. The harness was developed as part of the "SOSPESI" programme, which addresses the trauma of hanging from a rope for a long time. A great advantage of the CAMP GT Sit work seat is the connection of the waist to the legs, which guarantees greater comfort when hanging over the free depth for longer periods. The harness padding comes in different thicknesses and stiffnesses depending on the load point, so that the pressure on the thighs and waist is optimally distributed throughout the harness. The GT Sit comes with a patented tie-down point that consists of two textile lugs. The top eye is used to attach a chest harness (CAMP GT Chest) and the bottom eye offers an aluminum D-ring for attaching a lanyard, rappel device or other hardware to the rope. Another significant step forward is the patented STS quick release buckles on the legs. The CAMP GT sit harness in combination with the CAMP GT Chest harness forms a full body harness for fall arrest.
